What I&#039;m sick of is the tendency to use a &#039;beta&#039; label as some trendiness indicator, (heavily publicized) &#039;private betas&#039; being the absolute top for snootiness. Sort of  &#039;look at us, we&#039;re beta, we&#039;re oh so hot, you just don&#039;t cut it, go away&#039;. I couldn&#039;t really care less. Let&#039;s separate real product development cycles from marketers two-dot-zeroish infatuations.</description>
