Book Notes: The Four Agreements

I abandoned The Four Agreements after reading only 35% of the book.

I stopped in the section where Miguel Ruiz advises us to “be impeccable with your word”, which seems hard to argue with. And yet, I couldn’t get past the references to literal magic (e.g. he talks about how if you are not careful with your words you can cause someone cancer, and not in a metaphoric or poetic way).

There is better writing about right living out there.
